As a Dietitian , you will play a crucial role in promoting residents' health and well-being through personalized nutrition plans and guidance. Your expertise will help enhance the quality of life for those under our care.
Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess residents' nutritional needs.
- Develop and implement tailored dietary plans, including tube feeding when necessary.
- Perform patient assessments to monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly.
- Provide health coaching to residents on dietary habits and lifestyle changes.
- Utilize your knowledge of physiology to create effective nutrition strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field.
- Certification as a Registered Dietitian.
- Experience in aliment planning and nutrition counseling preferred.
- Strong understanding of health coaching principles.
- Proficiency in physiology knowledge related to dietetics.
