Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian for our inpatient team. In this role, you will assess patients’ nutritional needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide medical nutrition therapy in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians.
Responsibilities include nutrition screening, charting in the EMR, patient and family education, and participation in interdisciplinary rounds. You will support quality and safety initiatives, mentor staff as appropriate, and help advance evidence-based practice in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment.
