To support families in navigating eating disorder treatment, the full-time Texas Licensed Registered Dietitian will provide remote care through telehealth, developing individualized nutrition plans, guiding families in transforming eating patterns, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Key responsibilities Assist patients and families in developing healthy relationships with food through ongoing support and education Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on initial assessments and ongoing evaluations Communicate effectively with the treatment team and families regarding meal plans and nutritional concerns Required qualifications Active Texas license as a Registered Dietitian Bachelor's degree accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) Experience in eating disorder treatment preferred, with familiarity in family-based approaches a plus Ability to manage a caseload of up to 80 patients over a year-long treatment period Strong communication and collaboration skills within interdisciplinary teams
