Supporting patients receiving enteral nutrition therapy from a remote location, the full-time Registered Dietitian - AZ Licensed will conduct nutrition assessments, evaluate Medicare eligibility, and provide guidance to patients and caregivers. Key responsibilities Conduct nutrition screenings, assessments, and reassessments Review clinical documentation and evaluate Medicare eligibility for enteral supplies Provide nutrition support to patients and caregivers while coordinating with healthcare providers Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics required Current CDR credential/license required Enteral nutrition experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to obtain and maintain licensure in assigned states
