Registered Dietitian

To support a growing Medicaid business, the remote New York Licensed Registered Dietitian will conduct clinical assessments, manage Medicaid referrals, and provide individualized nutrition counseling for beneficiaries enrolled in nutrition counseling and meal support services. Key Responsibilities Conduct clinical assessments for Medicaid beneficiaries referred for nutrition counseling and services Manage and follow up on existing Medicaid referrals, ensuring timely engagement and documentation Provide individualized nutrition counseling, education, and care planning tailored to patient needs and goals Required Qualifications Licensed Registered Dietitian (RD) credential Credentialed and authorized to practice in New York State Up-to-date on all continuing education requirements per New York State regulations Strong clinical judgment and patient counseling skills Ability to manage caseloads independently in a fast-paced environment
