Providing evidence-based nutrition care and education, the full-time Registered Dietitian will conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized nutrition interventions while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Provide individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy for patients with diverse nutritional needs, focusing on weight management and cardiometabolic risk reduction Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop tailored nutrition prescriptions and care plans based on patient health needs and goals Deliver individual and group nutrition education using evidence-based counseling strategies to promote sustainable behavior change Required qualifications Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential Experience in providing Medical Nutrition Therapy and conducting nutrition assessments Knowledge of evidence-based nutrition practices and behavior change strategies Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams Proficient in documenting clinical information in electronic health records
