To support a growing remote care team, the full-time Registered Dietitian MA Licensed will provide individualized nutrition counseling and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve their health goals through evidence-based strategies. Key responsibilities Provide individualized nutrition counseling using motivational interviewing and behavior change strategies Support chronic disease management through evidence-based nutrition care plans aligned with patient goals Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team and maintain accurate documentation in the EHR Required qualifications Active Registered Dietitian (RD) credential with licensure in MA and two or more additional states Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field Minimum of 2 years of clinical or counseling experience, preferably in metabolic health or weight management Reliable high-speed internet and phone access for remote practice
