To support families in navigating eating disorders, the full-time Registered Dietitian - RDN will deliver remote nutrition care, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate patients' recovery. Key responsibilities Assist patients and families in transforming maladaptive eating patterns into a healthy relationship with food through ongoing support Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' unique needs, including nutrition assessments and meal plan prescriptions Communicate clearly with the treatment team regarding patients' meal plans and nutrition-related concerns while providing education to families Required qualifications Minimum of a bachelor's degree accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) Licensed RDN required, with preferred experience in eating disorders and family-based treatment approaches Ability to manage a caseload of up to 80 patients, with each receiving care for up to 52 weeks Experience working on interdisciplinary teams and strong skills in collaboration Organized and results-driven, comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
