In this flexible, as-needed role, you will assess nutritional needs, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with culinary and clinical teams to deliver resident-centered, therapeutic menus.
Responsibilities include conducting nutrition screenings, documenting in electronic health records, providing counseling and education, supporting regulatory compliance, and aligning menus with physician orders.
