To support families in nutritional restoration for children with eating disorders, the full-time Registered Dietitian - Minnesota Licensed will provide evidence-based care remotely, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Key responsibilities Assist patients and families in transforming maladaptive eating patterns into a healthy relationship with food Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including nutrition assessments and meal plans Deliver evidence-based nutrition education and maintain thorough documentation within the electronic medical record Required qualifications Minimum of a bachelor's degree accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) Licensed RDN required, with preference for experience in eating disorders and family-based treatment approaches Experience working on interdisciplinary teams Organized and results-driven with the ability to balance business needs and clinical priorities Comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
