Mount Carmel Care Center, a Catholic, not-for-profit skilled nursing and rehab facility in North Adams, MA, is seeking a compassionate Registered Dietitian to provide resident-centered nutritional care. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments, develop and monitor individualized care plans, and collaborate closely with nursing, therapy, and medical staff to support residents’ health, recovery, and quality of life. You will educate residents and families, ensure regulatory compliance, support menu planning, and contribute to our mission-driven, faith-informed culture of dignity, respect, and holistic well-being.
