Coordinate nutritional care of residents and patients by completing nutritional assessments2. Participate in care planning meetings as required3. Provide nutritional counseling and education for residents and family4. Meet DOH/state/federal and company standards 5. Perform duties independently without training or directionPosition Requirements:Must possess Registered Dietician licensure within the state of operationsHigh comfort level with enteral nutritionAt least one year of experience in a long-term care settingExperience with MDS 3.0Strong oral and written communication skillsExperience with electronic charting and the Nutrition Care Process preferredFamiliarity with state survey process and compliance to nutrition care regulationsThe CareOne mission is to define excellence within the health care community.
