Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) (PT) Lansing, MI Cavanaugh Dental is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team on Mondays and Thursdays! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Cavanaugh Dental: 900 E. Cavanaugh Lansing, MI 48910
Schedule:

• Monday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Our dedicated team includes:

• Two Dentists
• Two Office Managers
• One FT Front Desk Coordinator
• Three Registered Dental Hygienists
• Four FT Dental Assistants
• One FT Hygiene Assistant

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly wage (commensurate with experience)
• Plus uncapped hygiene incentive !

Additional Information:

• PMS - Denticon
• Average # of patients per day - 8
• Morning Huddle - 7:45

Requirements:

• Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Michigan
• Anesthetic Certification preferred but not required
• Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
• CPR Certification
• Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills
• Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health
• Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
• Delivery of an exceptional patient experience
• Integrity-focused work ethic
• Team-player attitude
• Ability to multi-task
• Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
