Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) (Full-Time) - Cavanaugh Dental

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Lansing, MI Cavanaugh Dental is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Cavanaugh D ental: 900 E Cavanaugh Rd, Lansing, MI 48910 Schedule:

• Monday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wednesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Our dedicated team includes:

• Two Dentists
• Two Office Managers
• One FT Front Desk Coordinator
• Two Registered Dental Hygienists (a few temps on call)
• Three FT Dental Assistants
• One PT Dental Assistant
• One FT Hygiene Assistant

Additional Information:

• PMS -Denticon
• Average # of patients per day - 8
• Morning Huddle- 7:45 AM

Requirements:

• Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Michigan
• Anesthetic Certification preferred but not required
• Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
• CPR Certification
• Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills
• Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health
• Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
• Delivery of an exceptional patient experience
• Integrity-focused work ethic
• Team-player attitude
• Ability to multitask
• Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction, and feedback
