Position Overview: Full-time Respiratory Therapist position, 36 hours per week, covering the 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM shift across three scheduled nights. Join a small, family-oriented facility where teamwork, mutual support, and high-quality patient care drive everything we do.
Primary Responsibilities: The successful candidate will perform a broad range of respiratory care procedures and serve as a reliable team member during both routine and emergent patient care events. Duties include administering aerosol therapies, performing EKG assessments, and providing non-invasive and invasive ventilatory support including NPPV and CPAP. The therapist will manage mechanical ventilators, assist on Code Blue responses, and actively participate in Rapid Response Team activities.
Clinical Tasks:
Required Credentials: RRT or CRT credential current with the NBRC is required. ACLS, PALS, NRP, and BLS certifications are required; if not current, completion may be arranged after hire. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and committed to maintaining a safe and supportive care environment.

- Conduct aerosol treatments and therapeutic respiratory interventions
- Obtain and interpret EKGs and rhythm strips
- Provide and monitor NPPV, CPAP, and ventilator settings and patient tolerance
- Respond to emergent situations such as Code Blue and Rapid Response calls
- Set up and troubleshoot Holter monitors and document findings
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff on care plans
