Job Summary
North Georgia Autism Center (NGAC) is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide center-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. RBTs implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
- Collect and record accurate data on client behavior and progress
- Follow BCBA-developed treatment plans
- Use evidence-based ABA strategies (DTT, NET, reinforcement, prompting)
- Support clients with transitions and daily routines
- Maintain ethical and professional standards
- Attend supervision, trainings, and team meetings
Qualifications
Required
- Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check
Preferred
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, positive, and eager to learn
