D & M Behavioral Solutions, a leader in providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs as directed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Work directly with clients to support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect data on client progress and report to supervising BCBA.
• Maintain a consistent schedule with clients, providing reliable support and intervention.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with family members and other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to client goals.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician credential in good standing.
• Active Medicaid Provider ID with NPI linked to it.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical and professional standards as outlined by the BACB.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes or other designated locations.
