Golden Care Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in home and/or center settings. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs, collect accurate behavior and skill data, and follow behavior intervention plans to support meaningful progress. You will collaborate closely with families and a supportive clinical team, receive ongoing training and supervision, and benefit from flexible scheduling in a mission-driven, child-focused environment.
