Registered Behavior Technician

Hourly Pay: $22/hr. - $26/hr.

Join Maxim Healthcare as a Behavior Technician and help children and adults with autism and related developmental differences build communication, social, and daily living skills.

You’ll work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings while receiving support and guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills
• Support positive behavior development
• Record session data and client progress
• Create engaging and structured learning environments

Qualifications

Required

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent

Plus One Of The Following

• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field

• At least one year of experience as a:
  • Behavior Technician
  • ABA Therapist
  • Behavioral Interventionist
  • Paraprofessional
  • Child Development Professional
  • Camp Counselor
  • Similar child-focused role

Additional Details

• Services are provided in clients' homes and community settings
• Travel between client locations may be requiredMileage reimbursement available when eligible
• Paid training and ongoing support provided
