- Provide one-on-one therapy in a home setting
- Implement behavior intervention plans

- Work collaboratively with the BCBA Supervisor
- Participate in meaningful work supporting children with Autism and related disorders and their families
Requirements
- Experience working with children
- High School or Equivalent Education
- Valid Driver's License
- Access to a mobile device and ability to navigate technology platforms such as Zoom and Email
- Reliable transportation/car; bus and Uber are not considered reliable transportation
- Physically and actively able to participate in all aspects of ABA therapy
- Ability to assume kneeling, squatting, crouching, sitting, and standing postures
- Visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned work
- Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication
- Availability 4-5 weekdays between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., working 4-5 hours per day within that window
