Behavior Technician (ABA Therapy) – Behavioral Health Works

Part-Time Opportunity (between 5-15 hours per week). $500 Sign-On Bonus!

Responsibilities

• Working directly with kids using play-based ABA therapy (you get paid to play).
• Teaching communication, social, and self-help skills.
• Tracking progress and collecting session data on your phone or tablet.
• Partnering with families and a clinical team that supports you.

You're a great fit if you

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Are available weekday afternoons or evenings (3 to 8pm, minimum 3 days/week)
• Have a reliable car, valid license, and insurance
• Are comfortable with tech; you’ll use your phone/tablet for data collection
• Have experience or a passion for caregiving, education, or working with kids with special needs (preferred, not required)
