Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
- Assist with creating and modifying behavior plans to meet client needs
- Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices
