Job description

RBT must

  • Implement treatments plans and interventions established by behavior analyst
  • provide behavior interventions with children and adolescents using a variety of applied behavior analysis techniques in the home, community, and/or school
  • manage and handle patients with behavioral problems
  • develop and initiate safety standards for patients at all times
  • monitor, record and document observations of patient behavior
  • modify daily activities of patients appropriate for behavioral interventions
  • instruct and counsel children and adolescents on positive behavior aspects
  • maintain and manage clean and safe environment for patients
  • develop and initiate appropriate recreational activities for patients; and recognize and report any abuse.

Requirements

  • RBT certification
  • Medicaid provider active
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must pass criminal background check LEVEL 2
  • Reliable means of transportation with proof of car insurance
  • Liability insurance
  • Experience working with children/adolescents. At least 1 year working in the field of ABA
