Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $22.00–$26.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Hours: Full-time or part-time
- Shift flexibility based on your availability
- Location: Windsor, NC (in‑home and in‑school services)

What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in‑home and in‑school settings
- Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Track and document client progress
- Collaborate with families and team members
- Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment
What We’re Looking For
- Active Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain it with company support
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Experience working with children (required)
- Experience with ABA therapy a plus (not required)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation for local travel
