Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) – provide ABA therapy in home or clinic settings to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy
- Implement individualized treatment plans as written by supervising BCBA
- Collect data and submit session notes
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors
- Participate in staff meetings and trainings
- Maintain reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for commute
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Effective verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Valid state identification card
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check
- RBT Certification (required)
