Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with a client in Virginia Beach, VA .
This position offers flexible scheduling options and is ideal for someone looking for consistent afternoon hours, with potential for additional morning hours.
Available Schedule Options
Preferred Schedule (Split Shift Option)
- Morning: 9:00 AM – 11:40 AM
- Afternoon: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
Alternative Option
- Afternoon only: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
- Collect and record accurate session data
- Maintain professional communication with caregivers and supervisors
- Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Participate in supervision meetings as required
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Experience working with children with autism preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and consistency
