Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Part‑time Opportunities Available
At Alight Behavioral Therapy, the RBT role provides personalized, in‑home ABA therapy and autism evaluations to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. As an RBT, you support the growth and development of these individuals.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and provide positive reinforcement strategies to promote social, communication, and adaptive skills.
- Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress and report to supervisors.
- Participate in consultations with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to refine treatment plans and ensure effective delivery.
- Maintain a safe and healthy therapeutic environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure seamless continuity of care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or pursuing) or equivalent experience.
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the BACB.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work a part‑time schedule with varied hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
