Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Missouri
Brighter Strides ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our growing team. We provide high‑quality, in‑home ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The RBT works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children develop functional skills, improve communication, and reduce challenging behaviors through individualized treatment plans.
Pay Range
Base pay: $22.00/hr - $28.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect accurate data during each therapy session
- Assist in identifying and developing individualized treatment goals
- Communicate progress updates to the treatment team
- Utilize ABA strategies to build skills and reduce challenging behaviors
- Maintain timely and accurate session notes and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor, especially when working with children
- Strong record‑keeping and communication skills
- RBT certification required (or actively pursuing)
