Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Hand in Hand Behavior Therapy is fully owned and operated by a BCBA with over 10 years of experience in the field. We are a USF-approved supervisor and agency committed to ethical, evidence-based ABA practices and professional growth.

We are seeking motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–16 in home, school, community, and clinic settings (South Tampa location).

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans
• Collect accurate data and complete session notes
• Support communication, independence, social skills, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with BCBAs and families to promote meaningful progress

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of RBT experience or extensive experience working with children
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Flexible, dependable, and professional
• Passionate about helping children reach their potential
• Creative, energetic, and team-oriented
• Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled in college) preferred
• Desire to grow within the ABA field

Compensation & Growth

• Competitive pay: $18–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Typical hours between 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• In-person services throughout the Tampa Bay area
