Position Overview

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a growing clinical team in Tampa, FL. The RBT will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), primarily ages 0-8 , under the supervision of a BCBA.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RBT who enjoys working with young children and wants to make a meaningful impact on their behavioral, communication, social, and developmental progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.


• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.


• Implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.


• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.


• Collect and accurately record data during therapy sessions.


• Complete daily session notes and required documentation.


• Communicate patient progress and concerns to the supervising BCBA.


• Follow BCBA-directed treatment protocols consistently.


• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.


• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and clinical staff.


• Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment for children.


• Follow BACB standards and applicable clinical and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB is required.


• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Previous ABA experience preferred.


• Experience working with children with autism strongly preferred.


• Experience with early intervention or children ages 0-8 is a plus.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Reliable, patient, and compassionate approach to working with children.


• Ability to work under BCBA supervision and follow treatment protocols.

Work Environment

• Approximately 4,500 sq. ft. clinical facility.


• Primarily serves children ages 0-8.


• One-on-one ABA therapy.


• Direct BCBA supervision.


• Dedicated clinical environment.
