Already certified as an RBT? We'd love to hear from you. Not currently certified? We can help you get started. BES provides the required 40-hour RBT training for selected candidates. Employees who are not certified at the time of hire must be willing and able to obtain their RBT credential within 90 days of employment.

As an RBT or Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement treatment plans, teach new skills, support behavior goals, and help children make meaningful progress in their daily lives. Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills
- Support positive behavior development and behavior reduction goals
- Collect and record accurate session data
- Complete session notes and documentation promptly
- Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, teachers, and other service providers
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous childcare experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to client homes, schools, or clinic locations as needed
- Ability to pass required background screenings
- Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire if not already certified
Preferred
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
