Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3:45 pm-5:30 pm
Pay: $25-$29/hour

As an RBT/CBT, you’ll work one-on-one with children using evidence-based ABA therapy, helping them build essential life skills while creating lasting, positive change. You will gain mentorship from a Doctorate-level BCBA!

What You’ll Do
- 1:1 in‑home ABA therapy
- Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA
- Track and document client progress
- Collaborate in supervision sessions and team meetings
- Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families
What You Bring
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children
- A passion for helping children with special needs succeed
- Reliable transportation
- RBT/CBT certification (or 40‑hour RBT training completed; exam pending is okay!)
- Active CPR certification
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable kneeling, squatting, crawling, and sitting on the floor
- Willingness to actively engage in play and movement with children
