At Alight Behavioral Therapy NC, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of dedicated professionals.
Job Summary
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral interventions to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a home-based setting. You will work closely with our licensed behavior analysts to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collect data on client behavior, and collaborate with caregivers to ensure successful implementation of the therapy plan.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to individuals with ASD in a home-based setting
- Collect and record data on client behavior to inform treatment decisions
- Collaborate with licensed behavior analysts to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior modification techniques to increase desired behaviors and reduce problem behaviors
- Communicate effectively with caregivers to ensure successful implementation of the therapy plan
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and therapy sessions
Requirements
- Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with individuals with ASD or similar populations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
