Schedule: Monday through Friday (20 hours per week)
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

As an RBT/CBT, you’ll work one‑on‑one with children using evidence‑based ABA therapy, helping them build essential life skills while creating lasting, positive change. You will gain mentorship from a Doctorate‑level BCBA!!

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 in‑home ABA therapy

• Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA

• Track and document client progress

• Collaborate in supervision sessions and team meetings

• Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families

What You Bring

• High school diploma (or equivalent)

• Experience working with children

• A passion for helping children with special needs succeed

• Reliable transportation

• RBT/CBT certification (or 40‑hour RBT training completed; exam pending is okay!)

• Active CPR certification

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable kneeling, squatting, crawling, and sitting on the floor

• Willingness to actively engage in play and movement with children
