True Progress Therapy, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Beverly, NJ. Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client behavior using standardized assessment tools
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members
- Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior reduction plans
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
