Morning and afternoon positions available

Join us as a part-time Registered Behavior Technician and provide in‑home behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst. Your role will involve implementing personalized behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress, and serving as the primary one‑to‑one resource for clients and families.

What We Ask of You

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Experience working as an RBT in a home or center‑based ABA setting with children on the autism spectrum.
• Experience with children ages 2‑12 years old.
• Reliable transportation and mobile phone, and willingness to work in various settings—including home, community, school, and center—Monday through Friday and potential weekends.
