We are committed to continuous improvement and making a lasting difference in the communities we serve.Position OverviewAs a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children and their families to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in both home and clinic settings.
This role is especially impactful for families who need support outside of traditional daytime hours, allowing caregivers to be more involved in their child's development.You will partner with a BCBA to carry out individualized treatment plans and help children build skills that improve daily life. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while gaining hands-on experience in the field of autism services.Key Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home and clinic environmentsFollow and implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBAAccurately document session data and maintain detailed recordsBuild positive, professional relationships with clients, families, and team membersSupport skill development through consistent and engaging interactionsMaintain professionalism and adhere to ethical and organizational standardsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredRBT certification, or willingness to obtain certification with company supportExperience working with children or in a related field preferred (not required)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsDependable, organized, and detail-orientedAbility to work independently while collaborating with a clinical teamBT Schedule and BenefitsMonday through Friday with multiple shift options available between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PMPart-time schedule (approximately 7.5–20 hours per week), with opportunity to increase hours as caseload grows Competitive hourly pay with opportunities for raises and bonusesMileage reimbursement and cell phone stipendOngoing training and professional developmentSupport with RBT certification and recertification costs
