Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $22–$26/hour (based on experience)
- Hours: Full-time or part-time
- Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
- Location: Currently staffing cases in Murphy, NC (In-Home and in-school services)

What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school
- Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Track and document client progress
- Collaborate with families and team members
- Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain with company support)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Experience with children or ABA therapy a plus (not required)
- Ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation for local travel
