Registered Behavior Technician, RBT

• Work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities
• Follow personalized plans from a BCBA
• Implement behavior strategies
• Collect data
• Build consistent relationships that support children’s growth
• Work closely with and receive mentorship from a dedicated BCBA

Requirements

• Active RBT certification, or willingness to earn one
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings
• Background in education, childcare, psychology, social work, or another role working with children
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools
• Ability to work physically, including getting on the floor, moving around, and staying active
• Able to lift approximately 50 lbs
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
