- Work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities
- Follow personalized plans from a BCBA
- Implement behavior strategies
- Collect data
- Build consistent relationships that support children’s growth
- Work closely with and receive mentorship from a dedicated BCBA
Requirements
- Active RBT certification, or willingness to earn one
- Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings
- Background in education, childcare, psychology, social work, or another role working with children
- Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools
- Ability to work physically, including getting on the floor, moving around, and staying active
- Able to lift approximately 50 lbs
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
