Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – School Based

Location: Manteca, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Job Summary

The RBT will provide ABA-based interventions under the supervision of a BCBA/BCaBA and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support children’s growth and development in a fun, structured environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by a BCBA/BCaBA.
  • Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in a preschool/community setting.
  • Collect and document accurate data and session notes.
  • Support children with daily routines, transitions, communication, and social skills.
  • Assist with diapering, toileting, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and ethical guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with children ages 0–5.
  • CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
  • Comfortable with hands-on care including diaper changing.
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention.
  • Bilingual (preferred, not required).
  • Coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or ABA.
