Afternoon ABA cases in the Laurel area, with additional cases available in Bowie and Upper Marlboro .

Jade ABA is currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for afternoon ABA cases in the Laurel area, with additional opportunities in Bowie and Upper Marlboro .

We offer the opportunity to work with multiple clients within the same area , allowing for more consistent weekly hours and a structured schedule while minimizing travel between sessions.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect data and track client progress
• Collaborate with families and caregivers
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development

What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification (required)
• Experience working with children, preferably with ASD
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings
• Reliable transportation

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred — but not required for certified RBTs.

Compensation & Schedule

• $25.00 - $32.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Afternoon and after-school cases available
• 20–40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday schedule (some weekend opportunities available)
