Job Description: RBT must
- Implement treatment plans and interventions established by behavior analyst
- Provide behavior interventions with children and adolescents using a variety of applied behavior analysis techniques in the home, community, and/or school
- Manage and handle patients with behavioral problems
- Develop and initiate safety standards for patients at all times; monitor
- Record and document observations of patient behavior
- Modify daily activities of patients appropriate for behavioral interventions
- Instruct and counsel children and adolescents on positive behavior aspects
- Maintain and manage clean and safe environment for patients
- Develop and initiate appropriate recreational activities for patients; and recognize and report any abuse
Registered Behavior Technician
- Must pass criminal background check
- Reliable means of transportation with proof of car insurance
- Liability insurance
- Experience working with children/adolescents at least 1 year working in the field of ABA
