Job Responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children ranging from 18 months to school age.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
• Apply creativity and advanced techniques in a play‑based, naturalistic therapy environment.
• Guide children’s progress in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions.
• Document and track each child’s development, contributing to their customized therapy programs.
• Work in a supportive team environment that embodies core values of compassion, trustworthiness, courage, and commitment.

Requirements

• Candidates must be 18 years or older.
• Must currently have a valid RBT credential.
• Physically able to lift or carry more than 50 lbs, run, crouch, squat, kneel, bend at the waist, sit long periods, and move quickly between positions without support. Expressive and receptive verbal and written communication is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Safety is a priority: a background check and drug test will be conducted at the time of hire.

Salary

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
