Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Flexible Schedule
Salary: $26–$31 per hour
Able Minds ABA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! We are committed to providing high-quality ABA services that make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect accurate data and complete session notes in a timely manner
- Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification in good standing (preferred)
- Behavior Technician experience encouraged to apply
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for working with children and helping them achieve meaningful outcomes
