What You’ll Do

As an RBT at Valcor ABA, you will:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy using individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with accuracy and consistency

• Collect and record session data to track client progress

• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living

• Collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA and clinical team

• Prepare session materials and adapt to client needs in real time

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards

• Participate in ongoing supervision and team meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (BACB)

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Experience working with children or individuals with autism (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patient, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Ability to follow structured treatment plans and collect accurate data

• Reliable transportation for local client sessions

• Availability for afternoon, evening, or weekend shifts
