Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in West Virginia. As an RBT with Able Minds ABA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism and their families. Our RBTs are committed to creating a supportive and therapeutic environment that fosters growth, development, and independence.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress, including behavior samples and data sheets
- Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one support to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and centers
- Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress and services provided
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
Requirements:
- Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent
- a few months to 2 years of experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
