RBT Job Description

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide ABA services that focus on real life, real families, and meaningful progress. This position is for candidates who already hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Applicants must have an active RBT certification at the time of application.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $20–$24 per hour starting pay, based on experience. RBTs with additional experience may discuss higher pay.




• Hours: Full-Time (30+ hours per week) or Part-Time




• Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on availability

Hire-On Bonus

A $100 hire-on bonus may be available for candidates who:

• Already hold an active RBT certification




• Currently live in or will actively work in the service area where the position is located




• Have evening availability




• Are available for a full-time schedule

Hire-on bonus eligibility will be discussed during the hiring process to determine if you qualify. Candidates who qualify will receive the $100 hire-on bonus after actively serving a client for 45 days .

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings




• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA




• Collect and record data on client progress




• Collaborate with families and clinical team members




• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (required at time of application)




• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)




• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful




• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
