About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Alight Behavioral Therapy, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, client-centered therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). As a part-time RBT, you will work closely with our team of experienced therapists and children to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
- Implement behavioral interventions and strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide positive reinforcement and support to clients to promote learning and development
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and interventions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (psychology, education, etc.)
- Completion of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification program
- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
