Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy at client homes
- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
- Collect data and submit session notes
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors
- Participate in staff meetings and trainings
- Maintain promptness and reliability for appointments, including having a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisors, and families
- Valid state identification card
- Reliable transportation
- Pass a criminal background check
- RBT Certification (Required)
