We are seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct one-on-one support to young adults with autism and related developmental needs while working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Position Overview

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA while providing direct support to clients across home, school, clinic, and community settings. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while expanding your clinical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, clinic, or community settings
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Teach communication, social, adaptive, self-care, and independence skills
  • Collect and document accurate behavioral data
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development

Qualifications

  • Active BACB Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • College coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred
  • Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation for travel to client locations
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, client-centered care
